Chef Vanni Laera

I am the chef and owner of Feudo di Monteferraro, with extensive culinary experience gained through numerous travels and collaborations with renowned restaurants and banquet halls. 

In recent years, I have decided to propel my career forward, grow, and focus on an exciting field: catering for small receptions, from private parties to weddings.

My cuisine is simple, refined, and delicate. I enjoy working with fresh, seasonal ingredients, enhancing them through creative combinations. My goal is to create lasting memories for my clients through my dishes. The joy they express when they leave the table is the energy that drives me to keep learning, growing, and creating.

Carmen Meliota

I am Carmen, manager and owner of Feudo di Monteferraro. I am the one who opens the doors of the Feudo and welcomes you into our family, after carefully setting the table that will host you throughout the day. My role is like that of a film director: I arrange and prepare the setting to ensure that everything runs perfectly, allowing you to relax and enjoy yourselves. 

Over the years, I have gained extensive experience working in renowned banquet halls, taking on various roles. This has given me a comprehensive understanding of event management and allows me to pay attention to every detail and meet every need.
